I've been thinking about changing this deck slightly. I'm considering changing some of the dragons, possibly the 1 Shivan Hellkite and 1 Shivan Dragon for 2 Rathi Dragons.
Granted, the Rathi Dragons will force me to destroy lands. But they are faster to come into play: we're talking about a 5/5 flier for 4 cmc. Its forcing my opponent to deal with a big flier 2 to 3 turns earlier, at least! Adding to this fact that the opponent has no lands to play anything, this can be good.
I think I'd go 2 Rathi Dragons and 2 Pardic Dragons but for that to happen I need to convince MaJin that his Pardic Dragon is the root to all of his evils. Smile

about shivan I used to have 2 in my LD deck and I removed them, remember Dingus egg and a boomerang doesn't take so much mana to play

I'm playing 3 Eggs. As for Boomerang, what the hell are you talking about? This is a red deck not interested in splashing fag-blue to it. Humpf

Ths Shivan Dragon is far better than the Rathi Dragon but the Rathi is faster and this deck might enjoy some speed... That's what makes think about exchanging them right now.

I must have been very sleepy on that last reply, sorry, here is what I meant to say

My LD used to have 2 Rathi Dragons, I took them out becouse of the 4 damage points I was getting to deal to myself due to dingus egg and before they got chance to attack they were boomeranged

Ah! That makes sense now. LOL!
I don't know. In a deck where I don't let my opponent play threats due to lack of mana that damage is of little consequence I think.
As for Boomerang... Yeap. Same is true for Terror and the other things alike.

Seriously, I need to play test it. Maybe next Wednesday. Very Happy

we all need to playtest ours to start benchmarking,
about next wednesday, would it be ok for you to come to Lisbon?
I think I'm home alone but I'll need to be around my place since I'm trying to get some car dealers to take a look at my car...

Edited the deck:

+1 Poison the Well
-1 Pardic Miner

Although Pardic Miner is great, it needs to either be in a different deck or be in higher count.
